Full-Arch Implants
Full-Mouth Dental Implants
YOUR SECOND CHANCE AT A CONFIDENT SMILE
If you’re dealing with failing teeth, dental pain, or years of avoiding the dentist you’re not alone—and you’re not too late. Done In One® specializes in permanent full-arch dental implants—one of the most advanced tooth replacement options available—that replace an entire upper arch, lower arch, or both with a custom smile designed to last decades.
We understand what brought you here. Whether it’s fear of the procedure, embarrassment about your dental history, or confusion about your options, we’re here to help—without judgment, without pressure.
Why Done In One Takes a Week (And Why That's Better)
OUR UNIQUE TRY-IN PROCESS
You’ve probably seen competitors advertise “same day dental implants.” What they don’t tell you: there’s typically no try-in phase. Your permanent restoration is created based on measurements alone, and the first time you see it is when it’s permanently placed in your mouth.
Done In One takes a different approach. Starting the day after your implant surgery, we deliver custom try-in teeth— prototypes of your final restoration that are screwed into place (not removable by you). Over the next several days, you’ll wear these prototypes to evaluate fit, bite, speech, and appearance in real-world conditions. Not happy with something? We’ll deliver a redesigned try-in the next day. We fine-tune every detail through multiple iterations until you reach that “aha moment” where everything feels exactly right.
Only after your complete approval—when you’ve tested your smile and confirmed it’s perfect—do we fabricate your permanent zirconia restoration as an exact replica of what you’ve already lived with and loved.
This patient-centered, step-by-step refinement is why our timeline is one week—and why thousands of patients trust us to get their smile exactly right before it’s finalized.
What the Procedure Involves
The Done In One protocol uses four to six strategically placed implants per arch (similar to All-on-4® methodology but customized to your anatomy). By angling the posterior implants, we maximize use of your existing bone structure, often eliminating the need for bone grafting procedures that can extend your treatment timeline.
Precision Digital Technology: We use high-accuracy digital scanning to capture the exact position of your implants on day one. This immediate digital data serves as the foundation for your entire restoration, allowing us to be proactive rather than reactive in the healing process.
Specialized Surgical Care: The Done In One protocol was created by a periodontist with advanced training in dental implant placement and oral surgery.
Am I a Candidate for Full-Arch Dental Implants?
Most patients with failing teeth, missing teeth, or those currently wearing traditional dentures are candidates for full-arch implant dentistry. In fact, we can perform extractions and implant placement on the same day for 98% of candidates.
However, certain health conditions may require extra care or management before proceeding:
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Severe osteoporosis
- Active autoimmune diseases or blood disorders
- Recent chemotherapy or radiation therapy in the head/neck area
If you have any of these conditions, it doesn’t automatically disqualify you. During your consultation, we’ll work with your medical team to determine if modifications to your treatment plan can make the procedure safe and successful.
The One-Week Timeline
While other centers may take months to deliver your final teeth, the Done In One process is streamlined into approximately one week.
The Procedure
[3 Hours]
Under comfortable sedation, any remaining failing teeth are removed, and the titanium implants are placed into the jawbone. We then take digital records to design your new smile.
The 3D-Printed Try-In Phase
[1 Hour]
You return for a postoperative checkup and to receive your 3D-printed prototype. These are functional, non-removable teeth (you cannot take them out yourself) that let you test the look, feel, and fit of your new smile before the final version is made.
Custom Design & Milling
Our restorative team refine your smile based on your feedback from the try-in phase. Your final arch of teeth is then crafted in Zirconia.
Permanent Zirconia Delivery
[1 Hour]
Once you approve the design, we replace the printed try-in with your permanent zirconia teeth. We perform a final check to ensure your bite is comfortable and your healing is on track.
Recovery and Aftercare
You’ll notice swelling and soreness subside within 7-10 days. During the full 90-day healing period, the implants fuse to your bone.
- Diet: You’ll follow a soft-food diet for the first 90 days to protect the healing implants.
- Hygiene: Maintenance is simple but essential. You’ll brush your zirconia teeth twice daily and use a water flosser to keep the area around the implants clean.
- Protection: We provide a custom-made night guard to protect your new teeth from clenching or grinding while you sleep.
