Your new teeth shouldn’t come with an expiration date. The Done In One Lifetime Warranty covers your zirconia teeth and your implants for as long as you have them. If a tooth breaks, an implant fails, or a screw needs to be replaced, we take care of it. Your annual cleaning and x-ray are included too.
Your coverage doesn’t change based on your health history or your habits. What we ask in return is that you take care of your smile, with one cleaning a year at any Done In One office or with your own dentist back home if you live out of state.

Done In One’s New Lifetime Warranty Covers All Of The Following:
- Upper and/or Lower Zirconia Prosthesis (breakage or failure)
- Upper and/or Lower Zirconia Non-Aesthetic Remake (one per arch, clinically approved, after one-year healing period)
- Upper and/or Lower Zirconia Reline
- One Annual Maintenance and Cleaning Appointment

This section covers the terms of the Done In One Lifetime Warranty. If you have questions, call us at (561) 468-8812.
Done In One is introduced a new Lifetime Warranty on Jan 1, 2025, and the original 5-year warranty was phased out.
- You can enroll in the Lifetime Warranty any time before surgery, up until you leave the office with your final zirconia teeth.
- If you don’t enroll by final delivery, you’ll receive our standard 2-year warranty. Any treatment needed after it expires is out of pocket.
- Choosing the 2-year warranty is final. Patients who opt out can’t enroll in the Lifetime Warranty later.
Cost of Lifetime Warranty:
- Full mouth: $59/month or $700/year
- Single arch (upper or lower): $30/month or $350/year
- There is no enrollment fee.
- Billing starts at final delivery. You can pay monthly by auto-draft from a card on file, or once a year.
- You can prepay up to one year, and your first year can be included in your treatment financing.
The Lifetime Warranty covers breakage or failure of your implants and zirconia teeth, regardless of your health conditions or lifestyle choices, as long as your warranty is active and you meet the maintenance requirements below.
- Coverage start: Coverage begins on your surgery date and renews each year as long as maintenance requirements are met.
- Remakes: One non-aesthetic remake per arch, clinically approved, available after a one-year healing period. Additional remakes are $7,500 per arch.
- Annual cleaning: One cleaning per year is included at any Done In One office in Boca Raton, Tampa, or Jacksonville. If you choose to have your cleaning done elsewhere, you’re responsible for that office’s fees.
- Out-of-warranty cleanings at Done In One are $250 per arch.
- Implant integration check: You must get a panoramic x-ray before you’re released from the soft food diet, usually around 90 days after surgery. We’ll take it at no charge at any Done In One office, or you can have it done elsewhere and send us the results.
- Annual cleaning: You must have a cleaning at Done In One, or send us documentation of a cleaning from another dentist, within every 365 days to keep your warranty active.
- If you miss your annual cleaning, your warranty will be terminated.
- You may be able to reinstate it after a $250 implant and hygiene assessment. If approved, there’s a $50 reinstatement fee, and your first year must be paid in advance.
- Warranties terminated for hygiene neglect can’t be reinstated.
- Patients with poor hygiene may be placed on probation and required to come in every six months ($250 per arch) until their hygiene is approved for annual cleanings.
- If hygiene doesn’t improve, Done In One may terminate the warranty, even if payments are current.
- 0 to 90 days late: You have 90 days to catch up with no added fees.
- 91 to 365 days late: Pay the full balance to return to good standing, plus a $50 reinstatement fee.
- More than a year late: You’ll need a $250 implant and hygiene assessment. If approved, pay the outstanding balance plus a $50 reinstatement fee.
If treatment is unsuccessful because of anatomical limitations after all clinical options have been exhausted, patients in good standing may be eligible for a partial refund at Done In One’s discretion.
Addressing Our Patients' Needs
Dental implant warranties are not legally required because dentistry, like other healthcare fields, is primarily a service-based profession rather than a product-based one. The success of a dental implant depends on various factors beyond Done In One’s control, such as patient health, oral hygiene, lifestyle choices (e.g., smoking), and individual healing responses. Due to these variables, many dentists opt not to offer warranties, or they include carefully worded terms and conditions that may limit coverage in ways that can seem restrictive or unclear to patients.
In some cases, the fine print in dental implant warranties may include numerous exclusions, such as specific lifestyle habits, accidental damage, or routine wear and tear. If the terms are not entirely transparent, patients might believe they have coverage only to discover later that their situation does not qualify.
In other cases with corporate centers, warranties and their coverage can vary by location and be confusing or even intentionally difficult to understand as you’re researching.
Done In One has always guaranteed our treatment with transparent and industry-leading warranties, which now include a standard, all-inclusive 2-year warranty on all treatments (implants and teeth), with an optional lifetime warranty for added peace of mind. Our goal is to provide not only high-quality care but also assurance that our patients can rely on us long after their treatment is complete. Historically, guarantees in healthcare have been rare because of the complex nature of medical and dental treatments. However, with increasing competition in the dental implant industry, we are seeing more practices offering warranties, which is a win for all dental patients.
