Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a brief list of frequently asked questions to help you while researching your best possible dental solution.

Upon delivery of your new teeth, each Done In One ® patient will be provided with a Patient Care manual, which covers aftercare instructions from post-op guidance and dietary recommendations all the way to long-term care and warranty information.

Our certified Patient Care Coordinators are always available to answer any questions you may have both before and after your consultation and procedure—either by phone or through our website chat feature. In addition, all pertinent information will be covered extensively by your Done In One® provider.

Every case is different, every patient unique. The only certainty involved with a medical procedure of this nature is that Done In One® will be there for each of our patients every step of the way!

Done In One® Is the culmination of every full-arch implant procedure that came before it, and the logical next step in the evolution of implant dentistry. We utilize the very latest advancements in digital design and milling technology to provide our patients with the highest
quality smile for the lowest possible price.

Done In One® offers the only two ceramics certified by the FDA as permanent hybrid bridges:
nano ceramic and zirconia. We provide our patients with the highest quality nano ceramic and
zirconia for unparalleled strength and lifelike aesthetics. For our 3-month economic option, we
provide PMMA, which is recommended as a one-year provisional by the FDA.

We place however many implants is best for each individual patient at no extra charge. We try
to always place at least 5 to 6 implants in each arch but in the end, each patient's bone will
dictate the best number of implants to use.

Because of our all digital procedure, our patients can skip pricey long-term temporary dentures and go straight to receiving their final permanent teeth in as little as two days (nano ceramic) or one week (zirconia). Also available is a more economic option, in which patients will leave with a fixed, custom designed bridge and wait 90 days before receiving their finals. We take the lab savings and pass them onto you!

The Done In One® procedure is available in multiple states through certified local providers
and affiliates. See our 'Locations' page to find your closest implant center.

With our transparent nationwide pricing, you can be confident in knowing that Done In One® is providing you with a service that no one else can for a price that is well below what other companies charge.

• Without the added cost of fabricating multiple sets of temporary dentures, and because we don't require you to return to our offices an average of 10-15 times over 6-8 months, we are able to pass those savings onto our patients.

• Our all-inclusive pricing is always listed in the 'Cost & Compare' section of our website. We encourage you to research the competition, and see for yourself how Done In One® patients are saving up to $20,000 over competitors.

• Time is money, and we give months of your valuable time back to you. Choose our 3-month economic option to save even more!

• After performing thousands of Done In One® cases, we've perfected a variety of bone grafting techniques which will allow for successful implant placement on the day of extractions.

• In very rare cases, patients with severe bone loss—typically due to decades of being without teeth—may require an extra surgery known as sinus augmentation. These patients can incur additional charges and can sometimes expect an average wait time of four months before the augmented bone is ready to receive implants.

• A full-arch procedure is a major surgery that should not be taken lightly. With that said, we've found that many patients are genuinely surprised by how little pain they experience during and after the procedure, and by how fast they recover.

• Whether under IV sedation or general anesthesia, our providers will ensure that patients are comfortable and pain-free throughout the actual surgery.

• Each patient has their own level of discomfort during the recovery process. Depending on their responsibilities, most patients return to work in around 3-4 days. Patients will be advised on what to expect following surgery. Medication and aftercare instructions will be provided.

Done In One® works with several preferred third-party finance companies that offer affordable payment plans for up to 90 months with low interest for patients who are approved. Call a Done In One® patient care coordinator for more information or to apply.

Done In One® provides patients with a 5-year unconditional warranty on our teeth and our implants. Dental implants have around a 95% success rate and the materials we offer are the most durable of their kind. If anything happens within a 5-year period that keeps you from smiling, we will take care of it, no exceptions.

After any dental implant surgery, a 90-day "soft diet" is required. We recommend anything soft enough to cut with the side of a fork. A soft diet allows for successful osseointegration, which means your new implants fusing with your bone. After a 90-day followup, most patients are free to eat whatever they like, as they would with their natural teeth.

Your new smile will be cared for in a similar fashion as your natural one: practice proper oral hygiene and brush your teeth, gums, cheeks, palate, and tongue just like normal. The only significant difference is that you will now be using a water flosser to irrigate the space between your bridges and your gums, where food debris can sometimes get trapped. Keeping your implants clean will ensure their success and longevity.

• Every case is different but most patients will return either once or twice a year for a routine checkup and cleaning, which allows us to ensure that everything is up to par. Your bridges will be removed, polished, and replaced, ensuring that your Done In One® hybrid bridges last for decades to come. Patients will pay a small fee for each checkup and the first one is on us!

• Every two years, your implant screws need to be replaced. This also results on a nominal fee and again, the first set is included.

We offer free, no obligation consultations, complete with panoramic CT imaging, to all potential Done In One® patients. Unlike other companies who charge between $250-$700 for scans and a brief consultation, followed by high-pressure sales tactics, our goal is to thoroughly explain the service we provide and how it solves your dental issues better, faster, and at a more affordable rate than any other procedure available.

Done In One® F.A.Q.

This is a brief list of frequently asked questions to help you while researching your best possible dental solution.

Done In One® Is the culmination of every full-arch implant procedure that came before it, and the logical next step in the evolution of implant dentistry. We utilize the very latest advancements in digital design and milling technology to provide our patients with the highest quality smile for the lowest possible price.

Though new materials continue to emerge, zirconia has long remained the most sought after material for replacing natural teeth.

Zirconia is a metal-free ceramic and is fully biocompatible with gum tissue. When it comes to durability, zirconia is the strongest dental material available. Each set of teeth is precisely milled and will undergo a sintering process to increase its compressive strength and ensure a resistance to chipping, scratching, and all forms of wear.

Even for those with severe bruxism (excessive teeth grinding), zirconia has proven reliable and withstood the test of time.

Zirconia is also naturally resistant to both staining and plaque/tartar buildup. It is easy to clean and maintain, which means no discoloration and much less risk of common oral conditions like bad breath and gum disease.

The best number of implants to place is entirely dependent on a patient’s anatomy. In general, we’ve found that placing four implants provides the best long-term success.

However, if additional implants are required or necessary for any particular case, they will be placed at no additional charge. Each patient’s unique needs determine a treatment plan, not a certain number of implants. Do not fall for the “additional implants cost more because more is better” marketing tactic.

Thanks to the combination of our all digital procedure and our very own state-of-the-art dental lab, our patients can skip pricey long-term temporary dentures and go straight to receiving their final permanent zirconia teeth in as little as one week! We cut out the middleman and pass the savings from lab fees onto our patients!

Done In One Implant Centers are independently owned and operated within a network of dental practices managed by licensed dentists. The American Dental Association does not recognize any specialty field specifically for dental implant treatment. Done In One providers are proficient in both oral & maxillofacial surgery and restorative dentistry and may consist of general dentists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and periodontists. The Done In One procedure refers to a procedure consisting of extractions (if needed), bone reduction, implant placement, and a permanent (zirconia) implant-supported prosthesis placed on either arch (upper or lower), or both. Done In One specializes in the immediate occlusal-loading protocol, defined as an implant supported restoration in occlusal contact within 2 weeks of the implant insertion. The Done In One procedure can be offered to qualified patients based on a full examination, radiographs, and initial work up. Not all patients will qualify. In most cases, qualified patients that do not need additional sinus augmentation can have the Done In One procedure completed and typically receive a final zirconia prosthesis within one week after extractions. Patients will receive a provisional prosthesis within 24 hours after surgery that will allow them functionality until their final zirconia prosthesis is fabricated. Results and timeframes of the delivery of a final prosthesis will vary on a case-by-case basis. Done In One exclusively utilizes an implant system that is properly registered, listed, and has a 510(k) clearance from the FDA. After many years of clinical studies and evaluations, the success rate of modern dental implants installed by qualified clinicians has been estimated at over 90% after 10 years. With proper hygiene and routine maintenance, the Done In One procedure can provide patients with dental implants that can last decades and potentially a lifetime. The average lifespan of the prostheses will vary depending on patient wear but is warrantied for the first 5 years as long as annual recare requirements are met. Studies show that patients treated with implant-supported prostheses judge their overall psychological health as improved by 80% —due to increased longevity, improved function, and increased bone preservation—over the wearing of traditional dentures. Studies also conclude that the replacement of decaying teeth that are prone to infection with an implant supported prosthesis will typically result in the improvement of a patient’s overall physical health. Results may vary.

Loans are subject to eligibility, underwriting, and approval, including credit approval. Eligibility is determined through a pre-qualify application (“soft pull”) with no impact to the applicant’s credit score; not all individuals will qualify. Only upon accepting an offer and agreeing to the credit authorization disclosure will a hard inquiry (“hard pull”) be initiated and a FICO score potentially be affected.

Loan amounts vary between $750-$40,000 depending on credit worthiness and require no down payment. The offered APR will vary between 6.99% and 26.99% based upon creditworthiness, loan amounts, and term length. Approved borrowers can choose between a longer Installment Loan (6-90 months) or a shorter Interest Promotion (6-24 months) with which no interest will be paid if the loan is settled within the promotional window chosen.
