Terms & Conditions
The contents of this webpage serve as a comprehensive guide to the terms and conditions associated with Done In One’s Lifetime Warranty. Please contact Done In One with questions or for assistance.
Done In One is introducing a new Lifetime Warranty on Jan 1, 2025, and the original 5-year warranty will be phased out.
Eligibility for Lifetime Warranty:
All Done In One patients, including those whose 5-year warranties have already expired, are eligible to enroll in the new Lifetime Warranty.
Current 5-Year Warranty Holders (patients with an active 5-year warranty) may either:
- Continue with the remainder of their current warranty until it expires, and forfeit the opportunity to opt-in to Done In One’s new lifetime warranty.
- Opt-in to the new Lifetime Warranty by April 30, 2025.
Cost of Lifetime Warranty:
- Waived enrollment fee for early adopters
- Full-Mouth Warranty: $59/month or $700/year
- Single Arch Warranty (upper or lower): $30/month or $350/year
- Payment can be auto-drafted monthly from a credit card on file or can be paid annually
Included Services:
Annual cleaning at any Done In One location (currently Tampa or Boca Raton) is covered under the warranty. Patients are responsible for external clinic fees if they choose to have annual cleanings outside of a Done In One location
Out-of-Warranty Cleaning Fees: $300 per arch
Unconditional Warranty:
Coverage includes any breakage or failure of implants and teeth, irrespective of health conditions or smoking status.
Hygiene Neglect:
Warranty may be terminated due to hygiene neglect, as determined by Done In One.
Coverage Start Date:
The Lifetime Warranty begins on the surgery date and renews annually, contingent upon adherence to maintenance requirements.
Patients must obtain a panoramic x-ray before transitioning from a soft food diet, typically at approximately 90 days post-operation. This x-ray may be completed at a Done In One facility at no additional cost or at an external clinic, and the results can then be forwarded to Done In One Dental Implant Center.
Annual Cleaning Requirement:
Patients must attend annual cleanings at Done In One (cleaning fee included in the Lifetime Warranty) or provide documentation from external clinics (outside fees not covered) within a 365-day period to maintain warranty validity.
Non-Compliance and Reinstatement:
- Missed Annual Appointment: The warranty will be terminated if annual cleanings are missed.
- Reinstatement: Patients may be eligible to reinstate a terminated warranty pending approval of a $250 implant and hygiene assessment and payment of a $50 reinstatement fee. The first year must be paid in advance upon reinstatement.
- Non-Reinstatement: Warranties terminated for hygiene neglect are not eligible for reinstatement.
Probationary Period:
Patients with poor hygiene may be placed on probation and could be required to attend additional appointments every six months ($250 per arch) until hygiene is approved for annual cleanings.
Termination on Non-Improvement:
If hygiene does not improve, the warranty may be terminated at the discretion of Done In One, even if the warranty is paid up and in good standing.
Enrollment at Surgery:
Patients can enroll in the Lifetime Warranty at the time of surgery or within 90 days post-surgery. If opting to wait, the first year’s fee must be paid in full within the 90-day window, or patients will be ineligible to enroll. Subsequent years may be paid monthly.
Early Implant Failures:
Implant failures within the first 90 days post-surgery are covered regardless of warranty enrollment. After 90 days, fee coverage requires Lifetime Warranty enrollment.
Prepayment Option:
Patients may prepay up to one (1) year of their warranty fees, and the first-year payment can be included in a financed loan.
Grace Period for Late Payments:
- 0–90 Days (3 months): Patients have 90 days to catch up on missed payments without incurring any additional fees.
- 91–365 Days (3 months – 1 year): Patients must pay the balance in full to return to good standing and will incur a $50 reinstatement fee.
- 365+ Days (over 1 year): Patients must undergo a $250 implant and hygiene assessment and, upon approval, pay the outstanding balance, with an added $50 reinstatement fee.
Warranty Limitations:
Warranties canceled due to hygiene neglect or non-attendance cannot be reinstated.
Refund Eligibility:
If treatment is unsuccessful due to anatomic limitations after all clinical options are exhausted, patients in good standing under the Lifetime Warranty may be eligible for a partial refund at Done In One’s discretion.
Patients must obtain a panoramic x-ray before being released from the soft food diet, typically around the 90-day post-op mark. This can be performed at a Done In One location (no charge), or x-rays can be performed at an external clinic and sent to Done In One.
Addressing Our Patients' Needs
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality to our patients, all patients enrolled in Done In One’s Lifetime Warranty will automatically be eligible for discounted upgrades to any new and improved prosthetic materials adopted by Done In One in the future.
