Final permanent implant teeth in 48 hours or temporary dentures?
Done In One is currently the only procedure to deliver full mouth restoration using a permanent implant supported hybrid bridge, custom designed for each patient in 48 hours.
Your other option is to go to centers that give you temporary teeth in one day and that usually make you wait months with many visits to get your final teeth and may still use denture teeth instead of a custom designed hybrid bridge.
Would you choose to remove your good and healthy teeth?
There are several other offices in the U.S. that advertise permanent teeth in one day and while some actually do, not only the is the hybrid bridge not custom designed, but the way its done can be inappropriate and in some cases even unethical. Because most of these places can only do full mouth cases, meaning both upper and lower teeth, this means you have to do two arches at the same time (Upper and Lower), even if you only need one arch.
The problem; let’s say you have your upper teeth in need of an implant supported bridge but your lower teeth are fine, if you go to some of these centers, they will only do your case if you let them extract your upper and lower teeth, meaning extraction of good lower teeth.
Personalized vs Pre-fabricated teeth
The teeth offered in these places are usually pre-made like a shoe store and not personalized for each patient.
Since each Done In One™ hybrid bridge is custom designed for each patient, by professional dental computer designers in one of the most sophisticated digital dental design and milling centers in the country, there is no problem matching your bite or color of teeth if you only need one arch.
After designing and milling, your new set of implant teeth is custom stained by a team of highly skilled master ceramists to create a beautiful and natural looking set of teeth.
All on Six vs All on Four
By placing six implants in patients with adequate bone, we are over engineering the restoration. By adding two additional implants the force is distributed to more implants when you chew which can reduces the chance of them ever failing.
Procedures using all-on-four techniques, were originally designed for older patients to save them from extensive bone grafting procedures. In addition, when having just 4 implants placed, if you lose one implant you lose the whole bridge and have to have another surgery and new bridge made. The following image shows the x-ray of 6 implants.
When it comes to full mouth restoration and new permanent implant teeth, there’s really just one choice... Done In One™!
